Buying art online takes trust, and I want you to feel completely confident purchasing from me. This policy covers everything you need to know – please reach out at contact@artbynataliebella.com if you have any questions before or after your purchase.


Original Paintings

You have 14 days from delivery to decide if your painting is the right fit for your home.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The work must be in the same condition it arrived – undamaged and unaltered
  • It must be returned in its original packaging

Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. I recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for the return, as I can’t issue a refund for a piece that arrives back damaged.

Once I receive and inspect the painting, I’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Please note: Original paintings purchased on sale are final sale and cannot be returned.


Prints

You have 14 days from delivery to return your print.

Same conditions apply:

  • Print must be undamaged and in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase required
  • Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility

Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.


Artist Tools & Supplies

All artist tools and supplies are final sale. Because these are functional studio items sold at a low price point, I don’t accept returns or exchanges.

However, if your item arrives damaged or has a quality defect, reach out within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. I’ll send a replacement at no charge.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please don’t return it yet – contact me first.

Within 48 hours of delivery:

  1. Photograph the outer packaging (before you open it fully if possible)
  2. Photograph the damage to the work itself
  3. Email me at contact@artbynataliebella.com with those photos and your order number

I’ll handle the insurance claim on my end and either issue a full refund or send a replacement, depending on what works best for you. This process is separate from the standard return window – damaged transit claims are always covered regardless of when they’re discovered.


Gifts

If a piece was marked as a gift at checkout and shipped directly to you, I’ll issue store credit for the value of the return once the work is received.

If the order was shipped to the gift giver first, the refund will go back to them.


A Note on Timing

If more than 14 days have passed since delivery of your original or print, I’m not able to offer a refund or exchange. If you’re unsure about timing or have an unusual situation, just reach out – I’d rather talk it through than have you feel stuck.
