Production & Shipping

Every print is made to order in my studio on a professional Canon ImagePROGRAF PRO-4600 - the same printer used by fine art labs and museums. I don't outsource my printing. I select the paper or canvas, profile the colors against the original painting, and inspect each print before it ships. If it's not right, I reprint it.

Please allow 7 business days for your print to ship - this includes printing, a full drying period, my quality check, and careful packaging. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email.

If Something Goes Wrong in Transit

If your print arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and the damage and reach out within 48 hours. I'll send a replacement at no charge.

Returns

You have 14 days from delivery to return your print if it's not the right fit. It must be returned in its original packaging, undamaged. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
