Sunlight filtering through branches—soft, golden, almost tangible. I wanted to capture those delicate pink blooms caught in a golden mist. The kind of moment where if you squint your eyes, the details blur and the light seems to fill everything. That’s why I used gold leaf—to recreate that flickering, warm glow dancing between leaves and petals.

The soft, buttery pinks felt right for expressing the tenderness of the flowers. But I’m always drawn to rich, saturated color, so those vibrant purples became necessary—a deeper contrast to anchor all that softness.
